Ingredients
- 1 package of lemon cookies (about 200g), briefly soaked in milk
- 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) of whipping cream
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (approx. 395g)
- Juice of 4–5 juicy lemons (about 1 cup)
- Zest of 1 lemon (for garnish)
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a glass dish with lemon cookies briefly dipped in milk.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add the condensed milk and gently mix.
- Stir in the lemon juice until creamy and slightly thickened.
- Layer: half cream, another layer of lemon cookies, then rest of cream.
- Garnish with lemon zest and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
