Multiple Recipients
If you just have a couple of presents to order, please create an account and then make separate orders for each recipient online. Sorry, our website doesn't allow multiple shipping addresses in a single order yet. If you would like to send to more than 10 addresses, please visit our business orders page. 

Order Status

Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us with your order number and item information. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive another fantastic email from us notifying you that "it's in the mail." When We Ship

Each order is hand packed and shipped via USPS Priority from our Oakland, California bakery. Orders received by 2pm PST Monday - Thursday will often ship within a day, but no more than 48 hours. Orders received after 2pm PST or on Friday and weekends will be processed the next business day. 

Warning: Chocolate Melts 

Chocolate requires special handling when shipped to areas reaching 80 degrees or more. To protect your chocolate order from melting, we include ice packs in your shipment. To keep the ice packs cool, we sometimes hold your order over the weekend and ship it the following week to avoid blistering heat.

If you want pick up your order at our bakery in Oakland, select the option to pick up at checkout.

Local Catering

Alfajores make great guests at parties, office gatherings, and wedding receptions. Wooden Table Baking Co. can provide deserts for all sorts of occasions. Please contact us to inquire about your next event.

Retail Locations

Many gourmet food stores and cafes carry our products including Whole Foods, Andronico's and Molly Stone's, so you can grab them right away. Here's a partial list of our retail establishments that carry some of our products.


We want you to be happy with our products. If your treats are not everything you hope for, please email us at: and we will straighten things out or refund your purchase, minus any shipping charges. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
