The countdown is on - only one month until we head to the 21st National Alfajor Festival in La Falda, Argentina - outside of Cordoba. Beyond gobbling up as many different alfajores as possible, we're most looking forward to finding out who will be crowned National Queen of the Alfajor. Apparently, there will be music and festivities as well, but we all know what's important.
