Cerro de Los Sieta Colores - Espresso Conitos

by Wooden Table Baking Co.

$22.00
OK it’s a hill, but a seven-colored one! Also known as the Hill of the Seven Skirts, it’s located outside of the small town of Purmamarca in northwest Argentina. The hill’s different colors correspond to different types of rocks, each formed during different geologic time periods, ranging from 3 to 600 million years. Our Cerro de Los Sieta Colores Conitos are vibrant espresso-infused chocolate cookies topped with dulce de leche and covered in luscious dark chocolate. We bake the espresso from our lovely neighbors at Due Torri Coffee right into the cookies. Legend says the children of Purmamarca, bored of their monochromatic hill, spent seven nights coloring it in. They needed a lot of caffeine to accomplish such a feat.
