Pistachio White Chocolate alfajores
Sixteen cookies made with no gluten ingredients, joined with dulce de leche and covered in artisanal white chocolate and sprinkled pistachio. We use a mixture of rice flour, tapioca flour, potato and corn starch to make some of the best no gluten cookies out there. Our pure unAmerican white chocolate contains only sugar, cocoa butter, milk, sunflower lecithin and vanilla. It has a slightly yellow or ivory color, not bright white (ie it's not bleached and deodorized). And most importantly, it emits a chocolate-y smell and taste.
Natural butter (cream derived from milk, salt), non-gmo granulated sugar, eggs, honey, non-gmo cornstarch, non-gmo unbleached, unbromated flour (Wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), brown flour, rice flour, patato, tapioca, xanthan, pistachio, vanilla, non-gmo white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), dulce de leche (milk sugar).
